ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, purchasing or enquiring about the content of www.alphastroke.co.uk you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
MODIFICATION
AlphaStroke reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. AlphaStroke have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & LOSSES
We accept returns within 30 days of the payment date.
IMPORTANT: All our Personalised Items are not included under the standard terms of the returns process stated above and are only covered for loss, delay and damage unless otherwise stated or given under our own discretion. Personalised and custom items are exempt from the Distance Trading Regulations. Please be aware we do not cover delivery/shipping costs for item returns unless otherwise stated by us in your returns process. If you are in doubt please get in contact with us. Any refunds will be given when the item is returned in original condition within 7 working days.
In the case of Loss, Damage or Delay of item(s) due to other parties such as postal services it is important that you contact us then we can advise and amend on any issues. In the case of Damage or faults you are entitled to a full refund or replacement as long as we are notified within the 30 days from delivery date. We must be notified of undelivered items within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
UK: We cover Loss/ Delay of posted items past 10 working days of estimated arrival. (Except 1 working day for the Priority service).
Outside the UK: We cover Loss/Delay past 15 working days of estimated arrival.
Any orders that have been uncollected/returned to us by the postal service will be held or for at least 6 months for you. It is up to you to get in contact with us to arrange a re-delivery of such orders, these orders can be collected from ourselves on appointment at no charge or a fee for posting the order again will be given that must be paid before the order is resent. You are not entitled to a refund in this circumstance. Fees due to country customs/tax are not covered by us so please make sure you know the terms set before purchasing from overseas.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Alphastroke will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website. Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of AlphaStroke, its employees or agents.
COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property of AlphaStroke such as trademarks, trade names, patents, designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of AlphaStroke.
By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of AlphaStroke and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website unless otherwise stated. Content self-created by use of the website functionality or client content submitted to us for use in our product is solely your responsibility and does not guarantee that it does not hold likeness to existing copyrighted materials and you should seek appropriate legal guidance in such matters prior to production of our products/services. Furthermore we assume that all images and content given to ourselves either digitally or physically have had prior approval from the rights owner for use in the subsequent design, service and/or production of our products.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend AlphaStroke and all parties from whom AlphaStroke has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
DESIGN/ ARTWORK
Commissioned designs/artwork does not include the source files of said works unless agreed upon beforehand. Otherwise source files can only be released with our consent, when a fee is paid for access to said files. 'Proof' 'Sample' and 'example' images we send for approval are considered Concept and Pre-production designs and remain the property of ourselves until payment, production and delivery have been completed. All source files regarding changes and additions we make to submitted designs are the property of AlphaStroke.
For the release of these files to the submitter can only be done so with our consent and when a release fee is paid. Source files include images, documents and program files (all physical and digital versions). Fees for release of source files are calculated on a case by case basis.
VOUCHERS & COUPONS
Unless otherwise stated the following terms apply to our Vouchers, Coupons & Gift Cards.
Cannot be redeemed for monetary value or refunded. No change given on order below the voucher amount. Cannot be used with existing offers or promotions. AlphaStroke is not responsible for the loss or damage of the voucher, therefore will be be responsible for compensating loss or damage.
Postage costs not included. We have the right to decline/ cancel any discount, voucher code or order if we believe our terms have been abused or breached.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be emailed any time to the current email address found on the AboutUs page of the AlphaStroke website. We will aim to reply to any complaint within 24 hours.
DISCLAIMERS
The information is provided on the understanding that the website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision. The information contained with the Website is provided on an as is basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website.
